These lamps exceeded our expectations! They arrived well packaged, and even though I had already cut the box open before taking pictures, everything inside was protected and arrived in perfect condition. The shades fit nicely, and the instructions (though hardly needed) were clear and straightforward. The quality is impressive for the price. The bases have a substantial feel, the finish looks even better in person, and the linen shades give off a warm, inviting light. They look much more expensive than they actually are and fit our space perfectly. Overall, this was another great Wayfair purchase. Nice lamps but I don’t care for the lampshades thy come with. The original shades are Fairly easy to assemble. The fabric has some weight and it attaches with velco at the back. These lamps are nice! It’s the first time ever that I am pleased with a lamp shade which I had to assemble at home. Shades were packed so that they had no creases and the linen weave fabric is nice and heavy. So when I attached the Velcro, the rings clipped in snugly and you can’t tell it isn’t a pre-assembled shade. The “night light” feature in the base of the is fairly bright, but not as bright as the 60W bulb. I like that I can charge my cell phone in the lamp base, but the night light flickers when I plug in my phone I’ve decided it doesn’t bother me because I can easily work around that issue.
