Just perfect! Packaged with xtra care! Had to tilt lamp towards me to screw in light bulb while holding post. Shade simply sits on top placed to your liking. Some glue is visible on one side so I made sure that side is facing wall. Perfect amount of light to leave on in the evenings without hurting your eyes with brightness.
