It should be noted that each short rod end has a protection ring that must be removed before you screw the rods together. The instructions fail to mention this. I really like the modern look of the lamp. It has a gold finish with glass globes. The base is heavy and sturdy so the light stands up straight without leaning. The lamp came with lightbulbs already and was very easy to put together. Didn’t even need to use instructions. If I had a complaint it would be a minor one.
