This product is ok. I like the quality of the glass shades, they don't feel like plastic to the touch. They are also easily wipeable. The black is a nice matte black, so it looks like a nice heavy iron material. The only thing getting me is the wiring the lights actually hang from. They are so bent, I am hoping they will straighten out. In the Wayfair photos the wiring looks perfectly straight but I don't believe I'll be able to get them this straight because it is a thicker wiring. After the removal of the old light fixture from the ceiling, I bolt the bracket that comes with this light fixture to the ceiling using the screws from the old lighting fixture, so no need to do any modification to the ceiling end. The cable is longer than we needed so I just cut it short and then tight up the nut again. The bulb is easy to source since it has a standard socket. It is made with rattan so put it away from kids especially toddlers as my kids broke two rattans before I get a chance to install. The metal frame is sturdy.
