I am preparing to install the product, and so this is preliminary. First, I should not have bought a chandelier that does not spec the lumens of light output. Looks more like a light decoration than a real chandelier. Second, the advertisement does not say that the user has to assemble the chandelier, and, particularly, all the alabaster plates. Third, the instructions that come with the box are virtually useless. There is a QR code that directs to an installation video, which is both short and totally uninformative. If I had opened the box when I first received it, I would have returned the product simply because of the non-existent instructions and that the fixture is not designed to provide actual lighting.. This is a beautiful HEAVY chandelier. I don't yet regret my purchase. But beware: You will need to reenforce your ceiling to support it's weight (76lb). And it takes HOURS to put together. Your electrician will likely charge extra for assembly as most assembly is done on a ladder when the crystals are hung. Also be prepared for broken crystals. I ordered two chandeliers and both arrived with broken crystals, despite being well-packaged. I did receive replacement crystals for one chandelier; I'm still waiting for replacement crystals for the other.
