Alex is our modern, yet timeless porcelain lamp. We would call this lamp a "designer classic". Perfectly scaled as a bedside or sideboard portable lamp. Accents of aged brass finished metal. A simple round porcelain lamp base has a rich glaze. The lamp features an aged brass-finished metal cylinder finial.

The highly coveted floral pattern has adorned homes since the 18th century. Inspired by Asian plants and Indian textiles, the pattern features hibiscus and pomegrante motifs. Stunning! Beautiful quality. I bought this lamp to go on my hallway table just outside the main bedroom. Inside the bedroom are 2 black Dorothy lamps in the night stands. These coordinate beautifully despite my taste not being matching everything, however, it feels to me that it creates a ‘ta da’ moment, “ wait until you see what’s inside !” Wonderful custom service and delivery from Perigold, as usual! Palampores or tree-of-life patterns have origins in India, where the exotic designs were hand-painted and mordant dyed--then exported to Europe and England for use as elaborate bed hangings and curtains. Scalamandre's timeless tree-of-life print, Pondicherry, is offered in rich blues on cream crackled porcelain for today's classic interior. The grand scale of the exotic tree is softened with finely detailed flowers and foliage and is accented with small birds and animals. This is typical of this historic and favored fabric design. The LED charged Oceanic lamps offer flexibility on placement for the dining table, outdoor event or hall console where there is no need for a hard wired plugin. The accent lamps are made from hand poured marbleized solid resin vessels where the colors are mixed for a dramatic effect, or come in solid clear. The lamp is then paired with an aged brass finished hardware/cap made of steel. You can place the lamp up or down depending on the light effect you want. The oceanic LED charged lamps have a 8-12 hour charge all depending on the light level and useage. The lamp comes with a usb cable which plugs into a charging block (not included) or into your computer device for charging the battery. The lamps have a "tap" switch button located on the aged brass metal cap to turn the light on/off. Lamp will include instructions on how to "charge" and operate light levels.

Under the madcap cottage for the Port 68 collection, the mill reef lamp is a design classic. Scaled in a double gourd shape, this porcelain lamp works well next to the sofa, end table, or buffet. Available in indigo and green with white accents. The lamp will ship with our classic off-white hardback shade (as shown), but the madcap gents suggest mixing it up with one of their patterned shades from their collection. We have also shown the lamp with daffodil Isleboro Eve hardback shade. The sun porch in the madcap's house of bedlam is shown with a pair of lamps with the ever-so-happy, daffodil Isleboro eve shades. As the gents would say - "bring the adventure home". Hannah is our modern, yet casual interpretation of a Chinese export pattern that is on a saucer plate made about 1740. The original resides in the Colonial Williamsburg archives. Archaeological fragments decorated with the same aster pattern and bearing similar fluting were excavated at the Geddy House site in Williamsburg, Virginia. The blue asters and cream ground porcelain lamp is part of the Williamsburg collection for Port 68. The graphic blue aster pattern is decorated on the front and back, with cream/white side panels on the shaped lamp body. The lamp is mounted on a black base with aged brass ball feet. The lamp is accented with aged brass hardware and ball finial.

Each are scaled for that special lighting accent in the powder room, bar or even in the bookcase nook. Each lamp includes a tapered hardback clip shade. The lamp is french wired with a translucent clear on/off line cord. We didn't want any distraction of a support pole through the middle of the solid crystal base.

Green Willow is our chinoiserie inspired Asian scenic tableau in green and white. The smaller ginger jar shaped lamp is accented with aged brass finished hardware and acrylic ball finial.

Beautiful lamps but not the color you see on line. It is gray but appears to have a blue-ish tint online. Finial on top of one of the lamps was not attached and I wouldn’t have know what to do with it if I hadn’t bought a second lamp where it was attached. There is a glass ball that I re-glued to the top of finial. I love the shade but the seam at the ends bulges and at first looked defective but it is just the way it is mad. Our Oceanic pear lamp is a celebrated unexpected collision of blue color with traditional shape.  This hand poured base, mixes the colors of  blue and white with clear resin, swirling together during the manufacturing process to end with a marbled effect in the lamp base.
