They project a very nice pattern. If the light gets a decent amount of sun during the day, it will last all night. If it's in the shade, maybe not. The different light intensities and colors are very fun. I used green to go across my lawn and white to go down the side of my driveway. I did have one stop working. I took two screws out of the back of the top and found the cable from the battery to the circuit board had disconnected. I plugged it back in, the light came on and has been good ever since. Yay!!!. Love this planter light. Its not as heavy as I thought it would be but thats probably a plus for some. I have received compliments on it from the neighbors. The solar panel is big but you dont have to keep it plugged in all the time. I dont know how it will do long term. Ill update my review if it doesnt weather well.. Robin. KY. Wed Jul 30 2025
