3.5 out of 5. The metal base and stem with several extension pieces are good quality and offers flexibility in length. The socket housing was off center on one of the two that we purchased. The ball was made of thin glass and one had an small air bubble. The pendants serve our needs (metal stem) in our remodeled kitchen so we kept them. If you are a stickler for details, you may want to take a pass on this one. For comparison, we also bought the Wysocki 1 with a larger ball but fabric stem for our bathroom.
