Bought the 60" Draftsman for an outdoor enclosed area that is open air about five months of the year. It does get humid here the south as well so although this fan is relatively nee, it is well constructed and I think it should do what it's designed to do. Moves air well for my 400 sf area. I received this item for free from Wayfairs tried and true program. The fan is good quality and nice color. It’s our first time installing a ceiling and went pretty smoothly but would probably recommend having a electrician or someone who knows how to do it to make it go quicker.. Kelly. Medford, NJ.
