Four Stars would have been but after opening the installation hardware boxes and then trying to use the toggle bolts I FOUND THEM DEFECTIVE!! They would not tighten as most toggle bolts do. No I did not over tighten. Buyer beware check each toggle bolt before assembly. I had to purchase my own toggle bolts 24 of them at 0.95 cents each .
