If you prefer mass-produced perfection, this design may not be the best fit for you, but we love it.

The lamp is OK, but the build quality is poor. The metal frame for the shade doesn’t attach securely and stays crooked. I had to use tape to keep it straight. The dimmer is placed about a foot from the lamp, so if you mount it on the wall, you end up with a big black box hanging below it. It looks bad. I expected more. The lights buzz and there a several sections of the LED strip where the lights do not work. Due to several sequential issues I was not able to install the lights until after the return period. When asking for assistance Wayfair told me that I was out of luck and there was nothing that they could do. Upon further prompting they directed me to the original seller for a possible warranty claim. Once I got in touch with the original seller it took several months to get the needed information from wayfair to make a warranty claim. The original seller worked with me to send replacement lights - however they also buzz and have portions of the LED strip that do not work. When reaching out again the seller was unsure of how to fix the problem. Conceptually I like these, they look good when they work, but the constant buzzing is irritating.. James. Iqaluit, NU.
