This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I bought two of these lamps, one for the foyer and one for the top of stairs. The glass is nice and thick, though if you use a candelabra bulb the tips of the bulbs push against the glass bowl and you can see it from below. It was an easy installation, but one of the connectors between the canopy and downrod was stuck at an angle (pictured). This won’t work at the foyer location because you can see a heavily angled lamp from the stair. The second lamp has a slight angle but turned out to be adjustable.
