This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I love them! I bought two, one for the entryway and one for the top of our stairs. They sit next to the dining room where my second chandelier (same one as in last house) that were both purchased from Wayfair. They look perfect together. My chandelier sold my house to the very first couple who came to see the house. She fell in love with it and said we want it!
