Only reason for 4 stars is that the “white light” option is too bright white/ cool in color for my liking. If it were a warm white I would be totally in love with these sconces! Remote works well. In my picture you can see how bright the sconces are compared to the nice warm color of the bedside lamp. This is the sconces on the “white” setting at low brightness. I love the idea that these sconces are not hardwired. I live in a rental unit and I have curtains between the upstairs and the downstairs and that little light looks so charming and I don’t have to turn on the big White. I was a bit unsure of these sconces at first because of the exposed wire and the size but I took a chance and they exceeded my expectations. They are absolutely lovely in person! The backplates also allowed us to drill screws in many spots we like so we could tweak to make sure hitting the studs. These lights have a bit of weight to them so you’d wanna secure at least one screw on the stud. Especially because you’d have to take the bulb off and charge them often.
