Before I say anything about this fan let me tell you to get a 4” junction box and not the standard 3.5” in most homes. Just save yourself the time and get ahead of that! The fan was easy to put up. After doing it I would only change one thing. I would take out the screws for the blades before getting the fan 15 feet up in the air. You’ll save your shoulders from the burn! The fan pushed a good amount of air and is super quiet! I also appreciate all of the extra parts for multiple installation scenarios. We had to erect scaffolding for the fan to be installed, but it was worth the effort. The circulation of cool air is amazing with the 6 speed remote control and 10 blades. The light is also a bonus and makes a huge difference as our old fan had only 4 blades and no light. Easy to assemble, the hardest part was taking down the old one!! Parkhill ceiling fan is a remote-controlled unit with a 70” span. It has 5 blades positioned at the 12-degree pitch, creating strong air movement, and is perfect for large indoor spaces. Not suitable for use outdoors. The remote control is included and has 3-speed options. The metal body and all metal elements of this fan are in oil-rubbed bronze and are complemented with walnut-finished blades. The hanging rod is 24” long and is not adjustable. The light kit is not included but can be added if purchased separately.
