The lights light our pathway very nicely. The fixtures were easy to install, however I did not use the connectors that were supplied, they were not the best quality. We are still tweaking where to place these two lights we purchased. Our driveway entrance is darker than dark. These lights focus the light up the trunk of 2 very large spruce trees on either side of the driveway. The solar panel has a long cord which helps them get away from the shadow of the trees. These are very bright & do have hefty stakes to put in the ground. Only drawback is a longer cord option would help when using to light a larger dark space. These are great. I was working on my parents landscape updating them with some upgraded outdoor light from their previous plastic version. These are super sturdy, great bronzed finish and all the components to easily install. It did a great great job of lighting this Red Leaf Maple in their yard. The first photo is one spot light. I have not wired them in yet because we have 4 feet of snow on the ground at the moment where I live, but they are very durable and I did test the light on another wire and they are very bright without being too LED and in your face. These were a great find! I really was looking to include some lighting up to my front porch where its already dark. Honestly, at first when I pulled them out of the box, they seemed super huge, but in the end, I think they will fit well in the space. My front yard is still in the remodel state, with some gravel going in, but I think the photos give you the idea of the space. Only comment is, I wish there wasnt so much styrofoam used in the packaging. Other than that, I havent been able to power them up yet because the order is just lights, not the transformer to power them. I do appreciate the have a good paint finish and seeming construction.
