Then I called the customer service and after going through all of the steps of getting the photo upload, the photo taking, transferring, uploading, he just said everything is good and I have to bear the shipping fee to return. He later added that the assembly guide is the ONLY thing missing. How does he know? No apology or sympathy of what we had gone through because we did not get the right thing.
