This is an absolute show piece and I love it!! However the whole packaging and construction does feel like something cheap from China… two balls each are packed together in wrap - not a sturdy foam encasing like other brands. This means many prices will be broken. While they send you extras, you will still be cleaning up tiny pieces of broken glass for days. The the ceiling attachment doesn’t fit a north Mercian electoral box so you have to buy a new piece. The cover doesn’t scare tight enough to stay up on ours. Assembly is an extremely simple process of attaching an o-ring to a hand-blown glass globe, the globe's o-ring to the provided clips, and then clipping the o-ring to the frame. Repeat as necessary until the chandelier's frame is full. Each frame holds most of the provided globes. The artist includes a few extra replacements if necessary.
