Well, it came quickly and was packaged very well. But I was not happy when I opened it. I know these are handmade, but it looks like it was made by a child. There was no care in putting it together and the workmanship is very poor. The breast of the parrot is so bad misaligned that even a small glance, and it’s obvious. I wanted so much to like it, and I would if it was made better. But this is just really poor craftsmanship. The black ‘glue’ that they used to hold the glass pieces together is just gooped on in places as well. I was glad that the wall piece was actual metal and not plastic! But honestly, it almost could’ve been as bad as this was put together. I am glad I can mount the bird facing a different direction, away from seeing eyes, and can make it where the back faces out instead. (Though it isn’t much better) sigh. Mounting it high up would keep people from seeing the mess too I suppose. Also, there was a greasy feel to it and nasty black stuff was coming off while it was being handled!
