Fan was well packaged (took a bit longer to arrive than I had hoped but it was stated when purchasing so no reason to complain after the fact). Style is perfectly contemporary without being too modern. Exceptionally quiet. Chose gray wash blade finish and graphite base. Was a bit concerned that the "dark" fan would be too overwhelming (replacing an old/white fan) but it's so sleek that my concern is old news. VERY handy husband had a bit of trouble with installation early on but only because he didn't realize it was offered with light or not (I opted for no light). After, all was fine.
