Alcott Hill® Pendant Lighting

This pendant light will bring some transitional style above your kitchen island, dining table, or entryway. Hanging from a round canopy and an adjustable download is a single clear glass, a bell-shaped shade that faces downward. Inside a single socket hangs from the shade and supports a 100W bulb (not included). This pendant light can be installed on a dimmer switch so you have the right amount of light no matter the time of day. Plus, you can hang this fixture on a sloped ceiling.

This chandelier makes an industrial statement with a unique twist from the glass panel shades. It arrived in flimsy packaging and one of the glass panels was broken. Also the gold metal pieces that hold the glass panel shades had to be adjusted to make the shades look straight. Wayfair has an excellent policy and customer service, tho, and we received a replacement the next day or two. We picked up bulbs from a local hardware store. These are 40 watt equivalent (4 watt) clear glass bulbs. We wanted and tried frosted bulbs, but only found 60 watt equivalent (5.5 watt). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lighting was perfect for over my dining table the length was very subtle and elegant looking. I do recommended using it on a higher ceiling so it is not all in head hitting level. The lighting was perfect not too bright and not too dull. it was perfect.
