When I first unboxed the lamp I loved it, it looked great! There is a reason why this is 81% off, the engineering of this lamp is shoddy, but at a minimum the assembly is bad. The long arm tilts down, the position shown in the photo above the console is not achievable. I would not recommend using this vendor, they mitake customer service for shifting the blame on the customer.
