Such a beautiful chandelier! It goes perfectly in my entryway. Looking to buy a smaller one for over the dining room Had to call back to takeoff the installation cost as I found someone cheaper to install it. Realize then too, the sales person did not give me the discount of 10 as promised. That sales person said she would give me a 10 discount if I were to call back and place the order with her, as she received a commission for the sale. When I decided I did not need to use their installer, I called them back to ask them to subtract their installation fee. The person I spoke to on the phone was amazing at giving me the difference in price as she saw the information in the notes, but not on the finals bill of sale. She was great! Very pleased with the results of these lights. Adjustable and easy to install. Must be assembled but was very easy to assemble and we were able to assemble install 5 lights in couple hours. The bulbs are 40 watts and provide plenty of light for the area, approximately a 2500 sq foot barn. We also have small ceiling lights over the stalls but the amount of light these new ones provide would very easily be enough. I chose this gorgeous LARGE chandelier for my new house. The reviews were solid, it is very pretty. It arrived to my residence undamaged and packed very well. I inventoried the pieces and assembly hardware - all there!! Look how big this really is as temporarily hung over my kitchen table. It's HUGE!! I just love this! I do have important advice for others when it comes to unpacking the chandelier and I've included photos as well: DO NOT just yank the chandelier arms out of the packing material because the arms are connected via wires to the round center fixture. If you yank them out you run a high risk of ruining this light before you even get it out of the box. Everything is tucked down well into the packing material, which I appreciate, but I think a note on top of these with this advice would be helpful (if the manufacturer is reading this review).
