Then I hooked everything up and installed the fixture and the fan worked but the lights did not. I had a friend test the wires and the wires coming from the ballast were not getting power for the lights so I called wayfair today and they are sending me a replacement ballast. Picture does NOT do this fan justice - it is quite stunning . . . my only reason for 4star vs 5star is the fan blade is plastic could of been a beautiful metal to enhance its beauty - works fabulously!. Anonymous. Mon Jul 27 2026
