Brought this to replace lamp post we had over ten years that was in a planter they recommend not using the easy mount made for single heads but i did any ways install was easy and the lamp stayed upright with the 50 plus mile an hour winds our soil is clay after 6 inches down so it anchored well and stays lit all night long on soft white even thru the recent snow storms we had after things had thawed out.. The post was easy to assemble and high quality. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with the wedge bolts I needed for my application as well as plastic caps for the bolts. I love the lights and they look great! Just a couple of small issues: a) the lights came with 3 screws to attach to a post but I need to attach to a pier mount base (Castellanos, which I purchased at the same time) so they don't work. I am in the process of trying to find a way to secure them, and b) there is about 1/4" gap between the glass and the base so water gets in. There are holes in the bottom of the base but it's a flat surface so I think water will stand - trying to find someway to seal it (other than using silicon).. Jana. Salt Lake City, UT.
