Love the lamp and shades but extremely disappointed that the base was scratched!!! Trying to decide whether to return…….

Arrived with the wire severed clean. Customer service sent replacement right away and it too had exact same severed cord. Customer service send a 3rd replacement after they assured then opened and inspected before shipping and it has same cut cord also rendering it unusable.

The quality of the lamp is exactly what I expected. Nice and sturdy. Unfortunately, the exterior shade is a bit more steely-blue or cold gray than I anticipated. When the lamp is on, the shade looks beautiful and warm, but when it's off, it looks completely different.

The lamp looks great in our bedroom and is a nice accent light to the ceiling light. The description says the light is dimmable and it is not, but we like it enough to keep it.

Beautiful lamp, matching description perfectly. Easy assembly in just few minutes. This lamp met my expectations.
