Note that the purchase looks nothing like what was ordered… notice a 9 tiered stand. I received a 6 tiered with missing parts. So it is not AT ALL what I paid for - and i paid a good sum for a lesser arrival. This whole experience has been a great disappointment. I was looking after a sick child. Was unable to open the package until 2-3 weeks ago. Package was missing installation material. Called. The female staffer who answered the call was belligerent. Accused me of a number of things including liar and thief - because the call was being placed months after the purchase. Unexplained I was not home and was … gave up because the tone, the words, inability to comprehend that the box had just been opened and items were missing. So… here I am with a purchase I can not set up because of missing items. Can’t return because as I was informed by your staff I am a “thief and a liar” (neither of which I’ve ever been or have been classified as such. I am very disappointed at the lack of listening, I was very clear. Just opened the box. Some pieces missing. Can I get them sent. No and a few other words were my response. So… I purchased an item I paid full price for. Can not use because of missing items. Received belligerence and called a thief! The one thing in this world I am not. I’m sure sending this out will not change what took place with your staffer lady and me - I really wanted to have the unit at the house functionally able to Protect my shoes. I have never been spoken to as I was by your staff nor been accused of being a thief. The stars are for the customer service representative who managed to leave me stunned with her belligerence and lack of attention. I only wanted to have the missing glasswindow thing to have a uniform dust free stand.

We are very happy with the 9-Tiers Shoe Rack Bamboo Display Cabinet, and highly recommend! It's great to have things neat and organized, and be able to see which shelf the shoes are on prior to opening the cabinet. The cabinets are sturdier than expected, and look more expensive than they are. They were not as easy to put together, sadly, as it required a very specific type tool, and not a normal screwdriver. The top door needs a slight adjustment, as it does not fully close, but it is barely noticeable. We did choose to remove a shelf or two on one of the cabinets (we purchased two), so that boots and bigger shoes can fit easier.

The final product looks very nice. Horizontally, it fits about 3 pair to a row, nowhere near 45 pair. Vertically it only fits heels less than 4”. Depth-wise its fits women’s 8.5” but barely fits men’s 11.” There was one page of the worst, most useless instructions you could possibly imagine. None of the parts are labeled, to give you an idea. It was relatively difficult to put together for a very experienced furniture assembler. It’s super lightweight, which goes both ways. But at the end of the day it’s really pretty and aesthetically exactly as it appears online.

Like many other viewers say, the instructions - both on paper and in videos are terrible!!! The product is just fine - it is what you should expect for the price - flimsy, but it should do just fine in our closet. Came with one damaged part, but I put it in a non-noticeable spot and kept it - too much of a hassle to try to return.

Overall: works for me & will serve its purpose Pros: Light; store a lot of shoes, good value for the money; once we figured out how to put it together, it cam together pretty quickly Cons: Instructions were inadequate - the QR code where instructions would have been was not available for this particular model - eventually figured it out; quite thin material so you gotta be careful with power tools so you don’t strip or crack the wood; shelves are permanent so no boots at all unless you keep it in its box & lay it flat

This is garbage quality, when I try to installed, the gloss all broken, what can I to do, don’t buy it

Ditto the previous comments. Poor quality and not full bamboo material. The platform had holes poked through the shipping box. Majority of the materials are made with thick board paper looking like wood. The rim of the show cabinet is made of synthetic wood and splits easily if you try to use the large screws provided. Don’t buy and waste your time looking at this piece.

Exactly what we needed - works perfectly! Not difficult to assemble, but must be done in the exact order they specify. We liked it so much we bought a second one.
