The initial delivery was damaged in transit. Wayfair shipped replacement lamps...luckily I had kept the previously damaged lamps. The new shipment also had some damage (one lamp didn't function at all), but we were able to piece together 2 lamps from the parts of 4 lamps. It worked out overall; however, I wouldn't recommend this product.
