The cold plunge is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of shipment, and the chiller is covered by a 180-day warranty. (This warranty applies to parts with defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover damages caused by water leakage of the equipment, poor water chemical composition, negligence in filter maintenance and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, inattention to low water flow or any other forms of negligence, misuse or abuse.)
