52" Brechter 3-Blade LED Ceiling Fan with Light and Remote

Love this looks beautiful in my dining room

I have worked as an electrician for 40 years and It was a real pain to put together and install.

This fan is absolutely beautiful. The blades are real wood, and the grain pattern is a bit more pronounced than I thought they would be, but it's nice. The metal is well done and gives a beautiful tough. The remote is the reason for the missing star. It's not the best I've seen and not completely intuitive.

Perfet for small condo living room

It looks nice enough but what isn’t what I expected is how it functions. To change the colors you have to flip the light switch of and on. Oh and it needs to be within 10 seconds. If it’s after 10 seconds, the color stays the same. You also can’t just push a button to go from one color to another. Instead you have to cycle through all of them to get to the one you want. Lastly, the colors are really harsh. Honestly, not sure if we’re going to keep this or send it back.

Great looking fan, BUT…be prepared for a difficult install! This is not for DIY novices. I installed 6 fans previously and this was the most difficult one by far, mostly due to very limited space to fit the remote controller into the mounting bracket and do the wiring. Aligning all pieces was also not easy. I’m very happy with the looks and how it operates so it was worth it.

This fits perfectly in our home. The clean, simple design works well for both modern and traditional design options. The remote is not super intuitive but can be figured out with a little time.

Installation took a while due to having a remote and a light, and you need to make sure you have the extra space needed to fit all the wires. Overall we’re really happy with the fan though, and it was worth a bit of headache during installation.

Again I should have gone a bit larger but I love the look and the silence of this fan - the light and the remote are a big plus - this is over a beach house dining table - so allowing the remote to sit in a tray on the table allows control while playing games etc
