These really have been a struggle to get them to work properly. I'm not sure if it was my electricians or the lights though.

Junk! This light is of poor quality. The wiring is the cheap strand wires, they're not like a solid copper wire. Trying to connect the wires with the included wire nuts to the solid wires in the junction box outside makes it difficult to get a good connection. The light I replaced had the plastic clip connector but this light just has bare wires. Each light comes with adjusters to change the light direction, one of the lights remains loose after aligning the little teeth and tightening it all the way. One of the sockets is off-center, after installing the bulb it isn't centered in the bulb cover, the bulb almost touches the inside of the cover and there is no way to adjust it. The bulb covers are a thin plastic, not metal. It was also obvious that the box was opened before and it was NOT listed as "open box". I would suggest going to a big box store, pay a little more and get a light of good quality.
