Easy to assemble very easy to use. Smoker operated as advertised

product had dents on back side and was not square however it functions and works as it should. contacted wayfair with no resolution offered. Probably will no longer order from wayfair in the future.

Cannot get flame to stay on and regulation of temp is near impossible. Now after 3rd use doors will not sit square and seal well. Masterbuilt said they have no parts and I should deal with seller! If this is the quality and support this company provides I warn to stay well away. Very disappointed.

Good smoker for the family big space to cook

We absolutely love our smoker! Fast delivery, we love, Wayfair!!

I appreciate the quick delivery, however, the on / off turning knob was malfunctioning and would stop the gas from igniting. As soon as you pushed it down and and turned the knob to a temperature setting and released it, the knob would push back out and cut the gas off. I have a warranty claim in with Masterbuilt to send another switch to replace the malfunctioning one. Five Stars if I get the new switch by 11/26/2023. I have always used Masterbuilt Smokers and this is the first time I've had a problem.

Everything Wayfair was involved with went smoothly. They were prompt in answering questions and quick to get the manufacturer involved when there was a problem with damaged products.

I'm very excited to use my new smoker. However my experience will Wayfair what's terrible and I rate it a zero

The uppermost door hinge weld arrived broken. I spent nearly three hours carefully assembling the smoker, only to find the door hinge broken near the end of assembly. Online warranty report form at www.masterbuilt.com nonfunctional. Very disappointing.
