DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. horrible quality. Directions are impossible to interpret. Photos are so small that you can’t even see what the directions are. Quality is so flimsy it feels like it will crack in half. Wish I didn’t waste my money on this. Genuinely awful.

Not a good product, not satisfied at all. Product is not sturdy after putting together. Instructions for assembly are not clear. Anit-tip-over device cannot be attached to the wall, which makes the product useless for homes with kids, like ours.

The instructions are terrible. Very sketchy and tiny. You can't tell which way things are facing even with a magnifying glass. Chatted with Wayfair customer service and they punted to manufacturer. Said would have them email me a video in 24-48 hours (maybe). Won't know how useful until i can put it together.

The shoe stand doesn’t stand still on carpet. Doesn’t really fit bigger shoes like US 11 and above. There’s an anti tip stick-on which could tear the wall painting while ripping it off. The instructions to assemble could be better as the QR code on the instruction manual didn’t work to follow a video. It’s a decent shoe rack but a hassle to assemble.
