I ordered this bed for my daughter's birthday which I received on 30th of September with missing parts. I lodge a complaint with via email at the same time. I was told the missing parts would be received by 0ctober 9th. I have been trying to reach them but there is no response for last 3 days. All parts of bed are open and scattered in my room and I don't know how to put it back in the box. I am so stressed out that I bought such an expensive bed and now I have to suffer so much and my daughter's birthday has also been ruined due not getting the gift on time.
