Ptolemy 52" 3 - Blade Retractable Blades Ceiling Fan with Remote Control

Looks great and very quiet. Love the retractable blades and option to add extension pole for our tilted ceiling.

Looks good but fam has issues… Level 1 speed doesn’t work and makes noise…

The fan started flickering a month ago. Now the blades retract when they want to and the lights will not turn off when using the remote. You have to get out of bed and turn the switch off, which defeats the purpose of having a remote control!

The ceiling fan is beautiful but I can only use it on level one. If I put it on anything higher the blades hit the metal top. I contacted Wayfair and they said sorry today has been 30 days since purchase, even though it hasn’t been 30 days since I received it. We just installed it yesterday. It is installed correctly, my husband is a licensed electrician. I paid a lot of money for a ceiling fan that I can only use 1 out of 3 options. You would think that Wayfair would be more willing to help correct issues and to keep customers than to just write them off so easily and so quick. I am truly disappointed. I buy a lot from this company and would have expected better customer support.

Nice looking but MUCH larger than expected in all aspects its. WAY too big for an 18 x 18 room. I gave it only one star because I was very upset with the $51.00 charge to return the item. I have been a loyal and good customer for many years. It annoys me that returns are not free like most places are these days. I think Wayfare may have just lost a good customer due to the return cost.

Beautiful and very sleek fan. Very quiet when fan is turned on.
