Ranchhouse 12 ft. W x 14 ft. D Western Red Cedar Wood Storage Shed

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! He even made a little walkway out of the pallets it was delivered on. That's custom. Lol.

This is the second shed I have purchased from Wayfair and it went together well and the porch looks great. This one is taller than the first shed because of the porch so I needed help from a neighbour putting on the roof this time, the roof took 15 minutes to put together, otherwise I put it together by myself. Love it.
