These were really a disappointment. They are so dim that the whole globe does not illuminate. It is more of a slight glow the size of a child's pinky nail right by the bulb. I thought maybe they weren't getting enough sunlight during the day to properly charge, but even if they are in full sun for over 8 hours a day, they still do not glow. There is no way the picture is not photoshopped to make it look like they whole globe is illuminated.
