Carpet is exactly as pictured however it has a lot of wrinkles in it because it took a while to ship. The wrinkles are very hard to get out as well i have all my textbooks on the rug from grad school and undergrad and its been day 3 and the wrinkles are still there, tried to steam them out as well no luck.

Was nervous because the stock photos had so many wrinkles. The rugs been down for about a week and still has some but def not as bad as the stock photo. I really like the looks, it’s not very thick but thick enough.

This rug arrived damaged and I was told to discard it. It was very large and I was worried about it a replacement was sent that the carrier would ruin it again because it was not sealed very well and dirt and water can get into it very easily. I really think they need to better package this rug. I feel so wasteful tossing it out and I didn’t want to do that again if they shipped a replacement, but wayfair did offer to. However, they refused to let me return the item.
