Carlos, the driver, was excellent. He took his shoes off before entering the house. Helped carry it in the house. The problem is they shipped the wrong item. We ordered the 30” high and they sent the 24” high. This will not work. Need to return item.

Beautiful piece! Fully assembled, just had to take out of the box, add door handles and fire place glass rocks. Looks amazing in our living room.

Really liked it, good quality product

Lovely fireplace, however the size isn't as advertised. The website says it is 30 inches tall, but it's actually 24 inches tall. Other than that, I am quite pleased with the fireplace. It comes with a remote and has a thermostat so you can set the temperature of the heat. Has multiple flame colours. The shelves inside can be adjusted. I really like that it arrived fully assembled, just need to screw in the handles and put the crystals inside the fireplace.
