Very nicely made. Very sturdy. Looks great. It took half hour to bed together.

We received our Bedroom Suite on Monday (at least three weeks earlier than we expected) and we love it! It is exactly as pictured - excellent quality and workmanship and it looks great in our new home. Our son set it up in record time, with no difficulty and commented on the good quality of this set. We ordered the whole set. The items came well packed and look just the same or even better than in picture. One issue, was the bed came with missing slats. We reported the problem, still waiting to be resolved.

The only problem we had with this headboard is it is designed to attach to a platform bed. The holes do not match up with a bed frame so, we just used one screw on each side. It is sturdy enough to be free standing so, worked fine doing this. Love the look! Pros: no assembly required except to attach to bed frame Cons: screw holes not designed to fit bed frame

I was surprised as to how quickly this was shipped to my door. Very happy with purchase. Father and I put the entire bed together in about 30minutes. Make sure you have an extra person helping as the headboard is super heavy and it needs to be lifted off the ground to attach the siderails. Put together easily and seamlessly, all we needed was a screwdriver. One note about the blue accent in the headboard--no blue. The picture online is misleading it's only a strip of silver cutout.
