Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the Guarantee. All products returned under the 30-day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return products to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.
