Set up was super easy. Everything worked out of the box. Took me a sec to figure out wiring because the instructions are VERY minimal. In general the left panel connects to the seat, back, and right panels. The plugs sort of match up. Super happy with this.

Comfortable one person sauna. Build quality is decent, the heat is solid (although doesn't quite reach the max temperature), and the foot warmer is barely warm. Overall, a very good budget sauna that takes up minimal space and looks great. Damage during shipping was handled exceptionally well by Wayfair's customer service.
