Overall great rug. Very plush and soft on the feet. Alittle hard to vacuum.

The rug is beautiful. I took a chance on the open box one because it was 1 foot less than what I originally wanted but the size turned out great anyway. The rug is “lightly” shagged. Very easy to upkeep and vacuum. In my living room, the combination of colours is outstanding and compliments the decor well. I liked the mixture of greys with the white and blue in this rug. I like that I can even vacuum this rug with my stick vacuum because my other heavier shag rugs, I can’t really do those with a stick vacuum properly. Rug is soft to the touch and on bare feet. Great quality. The seem on the edges is also very well manoeuvred and good quality. Rug doesn’t shed much at all. Overall happy with the purchase, no complaints.

The rug is soft, and we love the colors, but we keep finding strings that are no longer attached to the rug. We have a one-year-old, so we will probably have to get rid of it.

I am not very happy with this rug. It did not live up to nor meet my expectations. The first thing was the delivery person instead of standing it straight up and down in the corner of my front porch up off the ground. They decided to lay it completely flat on the ground not even near the edge of my doorhouse closer to the flower bed, where the edge of the concrete was … and it had been pouring rain all day! I was not home when it got delivered. The plastic was completely wet. Luckily the inside was just barely damp. I was super excited about this purchase because our new couch matches it perfectly. When I opened it. The first thing I noticed was that it feels more like plastic than carpet like it’s synthetic carpet ( then once I laid it out on the floor and put the corners down with hardwood floor area rug corner stickers, the two short sides are not cut even they are completely crooked and look awful. The two longer sides are cut straight. I love the pattern but that’s about it. Very disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful and I love it 

First the items were delivered to someone else home.. Finally delivered 4 months later and they are cut wrong. I just can't win . It sinks down in the middle
