Sauna heater coils stopped working after only less than 1 year of use. Only 1/2 light up so it only gets to 180 tops

Wow, what an amazing purchase! This thing is so much fun. I go in 2-4 times a week and not only does it relax me when i'm sweating all toxins out, but I feel so refreshed afterwords. The smell of cedar is great too. It's very sturdy, high quality, and looks like a cool spaceship in my backyard. The only thing to note: absolutely no way I could put this thing together on my own or with a friend. It's a monster project. I hired a skilled carpenter, and it took him and his assistant 2 days to get it up and running. So you might want to do the same. Outside of that, I couldn't recommend this sauna more!

Beautiful sauna and gets warm enough for a great sauna experience. Worth spending the extra money for the Vista window. Makes it less claustrophobic and will be beautiful to watch the snow falling. Fairly easy to install but the delivery person wouldn’t take it off his truck for us. Luckily our 15 year old is good at driving our tractor when we weren’t home to accept it. Would recommend lightly sanding before putting together. Overall great purchase, especially when it was on sale.

Great Steam sauna! Sauna Delivered on time (2 months from order),but some problem with moving boxes from car to the garage. The delivery guys dont have any tools to move very heavy boxes out of the car. My husband had to help pull out all the boxes and move them to the garage to avoid damaging the sauna parts.  The sauna was assembled by 2 people in 5 hours. Difficulties arose only in the selection of whole boards, because some of the boards were chipped and cracked. The seller put additional boards for this case, and from them we made a stand at the entrance to the sauna. Outside, we have covered the sauna with moisture and insect repellent. We have already steamed several times and are very satisfied. The temperature inside rises to 90 degrees Celsius and automatically turns off, then drops to 75 degrees and rises again. The heater has a convenient timer to delay the start of heating and you can set the time when to turn off the heating. We bought a separate thermometer for the sauna and a bowl for water (pour on the stones). After rain, there was a small amount of water on the floor inside the sauna, but it dries quickly when ventilated. Overall very satisfied with the sauna, wonderful wood smell inside, good heating temperature, maximum for 6 people for a comfortable sitting.

Easy to assemble! Just like the image. Delivery was surprisingly easy.

I think I am going to be thrilled once this sauna is put together. However, your customer service and delivery policies leave a lot to be desired. First of all, you delayed the promised delivery date by a week because this item would not fit on your delivery truck. Since I have to assume that this was not the first sauna you have ever sold and delivered, not knowing the size truck needed is unacceptable. EQUALLY, unacceptable was receiving a telephone call at 9 am on Tuesday morning, telling us we had to have someone here to assist with the delivery the next day. Since I am 77 and my husband 78, which of us did you expect to help with a project of this magnitude. I am very unhappy with your customer service, and this entire experience and would not recommend you to anyone in the future,
