Great little set for our 10X10 deck. Pretty comfortable.

Delivery was right to garage door. Assembly was straightforward. Chairs are comfortable and the fit the space.

We had to go out of town unexpectedly, so we obtained the tracking information for the delivery and paid UPS to change the delivery date until the day after our return. This required two separate charges, as the delivery came in two shipments. On the day before the originally scheduled delivery date for the first box, we got a notice from UPS that the shipment was out for delivery. We looked up the tracking numbers again, and logged into our UPS account to confirm our request for delayed delivery. It showed up there, but we still paid the fees AGAIN and requested extension of the delivery day just to be sure. We received additional notices while we were away that the shipment was out for delivery prior to the requested date. When we returned, the boxes were sitting on our front porch already. So we paid twice for each box to have the delivery delayed and yet the boxes still were sitting on our porch while we were away. Clearly this isn't Wayfair's fault, but the fact that UPS is your carrier of choice and they so incompetently handled this delivery, for which we paid a hefty price, made it a very unsatisfactory experience.

HORRIBLE! My order arrived in a ripped opentaped up box without Assembly Instructions and Hardware! One month and 5 phone calls later, I am left with useless, very expensive “pieces of deck furniture”. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN!

Love this set! It is perfect for my mother's small balcony. Its very comfortable and she can easily move the ottoman without assistance. She's 88 and has limited mobility, so this was just want we needed for her. It survived the winter outside and looks like new. The balcony is covered so I don't know if it would be the same fully exposed.

Impossible to know, since we returned the chairs/ottomans -- we'd been told it would take six months to get the missing assembly instructions and connectors.

love these chairs! so comfortable and fairly easy to install. perfect for my porch. will definitely need to store inside during the winter.

Just what we needed. Hubby was able to put together pretty quickly, the material is quite nice and the cushions are a big relief to what I had before. I can't imagine the cushions will last super long but I think you can work with that. The fact the foot rests can work as additional seating and tuck under nicely each chair, this is just icing on the cake. Quite like it!

It arrived in perfect condition, all the hardware was there, and it was fairly easy to assemble. The chair cushions were not as light in color as they appeared on my computer screen, and that was a relief to me.
