Delaine Entertainment Center for TVs up to 88" with Fireplace Included

This looks great and works great but the instructions were not easy to follow.

Beautiful but after 3 deliveries with missing pieces and broken wood, 5 different installers from Angi it finally was installed. Be aware they can take up to 10 days to pull the money out of your account which will destroy your bank account and also I was told to shop somewhere else when I tried to place another order a year later. Horrible place to shop with

Every piece I received was damaged to where I couldn’t even build the one item. I tried calling customer service and they redirected me to the manufacturer as they wouldn’t take care of the issue. It would have to be done by manufacturers. I’m still waiting for them to contact me back I spent a lot of money on this set just to have boxes sitting in my living room where nowhere to put my TV. If someone would just kindly take care of this issue or resend me the items or help me with a different item would be appreciated instead of me feeling like I was taken advantage of.

The wall unit looks very nice, first person that came out to assemble used hardware that he confused and could not complete. Second assemblers were able to put the unit together. LED lighting looks good but no directions on how to program. Numerous calls to customer service, yes they will send out new remotes and hopefully we will get directions with the new remotes. Has been nothing but problems.

recently purchased the Delaine entertainment center for TV up to 88 inch with Fireplace TV Stand and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The stand is made of high-quality materials and the finish is beautiful. The fireplace is very realistic and the LED lights add a touch of elegance. I also love the open storage, which provides plenty of space for my media devices and accessories. I was a little nervous about ordering this product online, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. They were very helpful and responsive to my questions, and they even helped me with the delivery and assembly I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a beautiful and functional TV stand with a fireplaces entertainment center for TV stand.

I paid extra to have my entertainment center assemble. The job was assigned to two experienced and knowledgable Handy personelle. They were diligent and worked for 4 hours and 45 minutes setting up my unit. I am grateful for their hard work and total dedication to ensure a happy customer. I thoroughly enjoy my new entertainment unit. I had searched for a long time to purchase just this unit to replace my older one. The price was right and having it assembled was worth it. This entertainment unit truly adds a beautiful dimension and color to my wall. And is a perfect compliment to my OLED TV. I also enjoy the fact that I can change the lighting on the piers to 15 different color variations and lighting affects. The fireplace can also be changed to 4 different colors. Plus, there is a lot of storage capacity in this unit.

It did not came with the instructions please do not order from here. They make me loss my time and hours from my job with the delivery and when finally received it. Parts where missing!

Me and my son put this together and it comes with great instructions extra tool pieces. The lights and all works perfect looks amazingly awesome and beautiful
