This chair looked very nice in person. The fabric did not look cheap and was a good color. The chair felt sturdy and was easy to put together. Unfortunately, the chair did not match the description on the Wayfair website. The website stated the chair was electric with a remote and had a massage feature. In reality the chair has a manual recline function. The website stated that the weight capacity for the chair was 350 pounds and the width of the seat was 30 inches. In reality the chair instructions stated very clearly that the weight capacity was 275 pounds and the width of the seat was only 20 inches. Because the chair I received did not match the chair described, and the chair received was not safe or comfortable for my body, I had to return the chair. Wayfair was helpful in getting the chair returned but overall any purchase then return is a hassle. I would have preferred to receive the chair described on the website.
