***Update: I was sent a replacement item. It was the correct item this time, but I was told to repackage and return the original item which was a hugely time-consuming and physically laborious task as there is no FedEx store near my home, and the box was soft and damaged from the snow. I was also made to spend another 2 hours dismantling the original item they gave me after spending the first 2 hours putting it together. The new cabinet is nice, and exactly what I ordered except, like others, I didn't realize it only had one "file" style drawer and the other was just a randomly normal drawer. They could definitely swap out a couple of parts with ease and make them both file style, so I don't know why they don't, which is why I took off another star. Also, when i was putting the drawers together, the slider mechanisms were already attached together and unable to be pulled apart, making screwing them onto the drawers a complete nightmare of a task. I havent used it yet, so I havent tried to put any files in the drawers, so depending on my experience, this rating and review could change again.*** Was sent the complete wring product. Tried to go through the online problem resolution steps, but it only gave me the option to get replacement parts. I need every part as a replacement because none of them were included in the box I received. There was no option provided to get a replacement item. I will be willing to change my review and my rating if someone from Wayfair contacts me and offers me a replacement filing cabinet. What a huge hassle.

Received some of the pieces were not numbered so of course takes a min to figure out to make sure you do not assemble incorrectly. The pre drill holes were not the best and could not finish installing the wheels due to lack of pre drill holes. Even tried using a drill but failed. The screws stick out a little to catch the drawers, tried to screw them in as tight as possible. I do like the material of the sides and drawers and for what I am using it for, it will serve its purpose

Absolutely terrible. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Duh. Came in so many pieces and assembly is not clear and diagrams are even wrong. Going to try and return for a refund. Ridiculous.

Was fairly well made looks exactly like the picture and the measurements quoted were the same.

Small and compact design. Description leads you to believe both drawers are filing drawers, but one is a storage drawer. I’ll make it work though

I think you should make sure that the tracks to the drawers are not bent. After assembling the cabinet to your directions the drawers jammed in the tracks and would not open.while trying to open the file drawer the front piece pulled out of the rest of the drawer rendering the cabinet unusable.I only gave a one star rating in order to submit my comment.

Wanted something that looks a little nicer then metal file cabinets. Works as expected and looks good.

Was very easy to assemble. Maybe and hour. Looks good and rolls around as i do work with it. Extremely pleased.
