I really like this bed! Delivered by FedEx in one large heavy box, very hard to carry without additional help. The unboxing was smooth aside from there being no instructions included. We were able to find ins instructions for this item online with a bit of searching. I put it together with help from one other person. Would have been more difficult to do alone. Took us about 2 hours or so. The quality is nice and I like the way it looks (just as pictured). I got the queen size in color Ivory Canvas. I have a 12” mattress that works really with the height of the headboard. My biggest complaint is that it says the space beneath the bed is 5-6” but it’s more like 3” so none of my under bed storage fits. Overall would recommend this product to others!. Anonymous. I was looking for an incredibly specific bed tall but not too tall headboard, beigeoatmeal color, and lift storage with enough depth to fit suitcases and so I didn’t have to see the items underneath (apartment living, amiright!) this fit the bill from the pictures and since I move a lot, I really didn’t want to spend too much. I was worried about the khaki color being too dark from other reviews, but in my opinion it’s perfect and doesn’t appear too dark. Now putting this thing together was a whole ordeal. I have put many beds together and this took me 4 hours and after all that, I couldn’t get the lift mechanism to work (the main reason I bought it). I then caved and scheduled professional assembly because I really loved the look. They spent maybe 5 minutes to insta the hydraulic lift. It now works perfectly, does not squeak, and can lift my 16 inch mattress and stay up. I agree with other reviews that you have to remove your beddingcomforter to lift as it does add more weight than you think. The best part both my carry-on and bigger suitcases fit underneath so this will definitely hide other things nicely. Went from carpet to hardwood flooring. Quickly determined I needed rugs to tie the look together. Hard to know what to pick when shopping on line. I relied a lot on the reviews. Love this rug (and matching runner). This rug is soft and thick enough so you don’t need a pad under it, especially if you have furniture sitting on it. Love the contrast with the black and cream. It arrived packed very well to prevent damage in transit. The size I ordered is large so glass wasn't an option (wish it was) but the plexiglass came with a covering on each side to keep it safe. The frame itself is very lightweight. You have to install the mounting hardware (easy) but I wish it came with enough to let the frame hang either way instead of only have 1 option. This side board is gorgeous in peron. I purchased two of them to serve as a long TV console with the TV mounted on the wall just above it. The color is rich. The shelves are spacious. I added a few wooden baskets inside to keep stuff neat. Note, the entire piece isnt wooden but the legs and front are. It took the installer about 2hrs to put both pieces together.
