The memory foam pillow is firm and provides great support. I think it takes a while for it to contour nicely to your head and neck which they mention on the product but when I first used it I wake up with some stiffness. It got better with each use but you have to trust the process. It has also held its shape so far!

I had really high hopes for this style of pillow but this one just didn’t do it for me. The support for being a side sleeper was great and the indentation area for your ear provides good relief but…. For some reason they used a plastic button that completely ruined it for me. The design definitely is the right concept but unfortunately the finished product still need some work.

This pillow arrived well packaged. It resumed its shape immediately. I got this pillow because it “looked” comfortable. I didn’t realize how much I needed it. My neck and shoulders feel so much better! I’m a side sleeper and this is very comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've been having a horrible time sleeping lately and usually wake with neck, shoulder and back pain. I knew I needed a special pillow with better support and versatility. This pillow delivered the best options for back and side sleeper, as I alternate positions. I noticed I don't shift around too much with this pillow. It does cradle your head and neck well, leaving little room to shift around, which is exactly what I needed. The center indent is really comfortable for the back of my head but the arm support areas are pointless to me. I had to revert back to the product posting to understand that they're meant for stomach sleepers. Also, I found sleeping on my side was most comfortable if I rotate the pillow around for my head to rest in the area meant for arms. Overall the pillow is a bit shallow, so I'm curious how long the memory foam will last. Also, it doesn't fill the pillowcase well and looks floppy on the bed. So, overall ti does the trick but may not be a long-term solution.

I have been in need of a pillow to help with neck pain from sitting at a desk all day for work, and this fit the bill. It has two height options which makes it useful for everyone. It is firm enough to maintain shape while also being comfortable. I really enjoy this pillow and recommend it!

This back stomach sleeper with breathable pillowcase is amazing . I have enjoyed it all this time I’ve been using it. My neck does not feel as stiff as before. I highly suggest getting this if you need extra neck support.

I bought it for my son and he love the pillow so much so he uses it when he is recling also.
